Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Agent Responsibility (100%)

We take full responsibility in the following cases:

Package arrives damaged or broken
Package arrives with missing items
Item becomes defective within 7 days of normal use (excluding misuse or intentional damage)

Solution:
You will receive either:

A full refund, or
A free replacement (reshipment)

Claim Timeframe

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package.

To be eligible:

Item must be unworn and unused

Must be in original condition

Tags and packaging must be intact

Once your return is approved and received:

You will receive a store credit (gift card) equal to the full purchase amount

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.
